This permanently deletes your account and its synced progress immediately. What’s stored on your phone stays until you delete the app.
Email support@nuli.nl with subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Hero Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel, go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or to your phone’s App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
